As a receptionist, you are the ship’s calling card and you warmly welcome guests upon arrival. You are hospitable, collegial, and answer all questions from guests on board, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed about the ship’s amenities and services. The receptionist works closely with the hotel manager and assistant hotel manager, coordinating various activities to provide a seamless guest experience. You also assist with check-in and check-out processes, handle reservations, manage guest accounts, and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay. Your role is crucial in creating a positive impression and fostering a welcoming atmosphere throughout the journey.

Preferably previous (river) cruise experience
The happiness of our guests is your main priority
You active stimulate teamwork within the various teams and between the different departments
You have completed at least an MBO level 4 education in hotel school/facility services or secretarial
You are open minded and flexible and have a hands-on mentality
You are resistant to stress and resilient
Excellent English skills (written & verbal), German and Dutch knowledge is a big advantage
