As an assistant hotel manager, you will work closely with the hotel manager and you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising general administrative tasks for all departments on board. You will also assist in managing the hotel’s budget, ensuring that all expenses are within the allocated funds. In addition, you will oversee staff training and development, helping team members to enhance their skills and provide exceptional service to guests. Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly will also be part of your role, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the hotel’s standards and implementing policies to ensure smooth operations across various departments.
