Just like a conductor of an orchestra ensures that every musician plays their part harmoniously, the Captain and Hotel Manager coordinate their departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.

As the Captain and Hotel Manager are working as a team, they are having support from the 2nd Captain and Head of Departments. On a daily base they have a meeting to make sure all is running well and organizing future programs.
Reception Team
The Reception department is the center of the ship. This team collects all information and makes sure it goes to the departments who need it for their duties. They are the ones making sure all questions of our guests being answered and wishes are fulfilled.

This is a position what needs a person with great problem-solving skills and dependability and is friendly with a positive attitude with strong customer focus.
A position that asks for good computer and excellent English skills, we prefer a person with within the hotel industry and/or cruise ships
Galley Team
Working in the galley department can be an exciting and challenging experience! The galley is essentially the kitchen of the ship, where meals are prepared for both the crew and passengers.

Bar team is supporting in the restaurant during lunch and diner time. And the waiters are supporting in the bar lounge during cocktail hour as well as with tea time. At the end we are all part of one TEAM.

The nautical team is making sure that the ship looks tidy. That passengers as well as crew is being save and the ships are docked easily.
