At the Reception, you are the ship’s calling card and you warmly welcome guests upon arrival. You are hospitable, collegial and answer all questions from guests on board. As a restaurant employee, you are enthusiastic, you have perseverance and you always put the interests of the guests first. You are responsible for serving dishes during breakfast, lunch and dinner and provide the restaurant with set tables.
As a bar employee you are enthusiastic, you have perseverance and you always put the interests of the guests first. You are responsible for taking and serving the drinks in the salon. You help serve dishes and drinks during lunch and dinner.
In the galley working you and the team are responsible for the preparation and preparation of dishes. You work according to instructions regarding ingredients, recipes, working methods and external presentation of the dishes. Each chef in his own position has their own responsiblity and together you make it a culinary adventure for the guests.
As a housekeeper, you are responsible for cleaning the guest cabins, corridors, and public areas in the ships. Housekeepers must also manage laundry services, ensuring that towels and linens are clean and replenished. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards are essential, as is the ability to work efficiently within a team. And additionally, housekeepers often interact with guests, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have, thus contributing significantly to the overall guest experience.
