As a Chef de Partie, often known as a Station Chef or Line Cook, you play a key role in the culinary hierarchy of a professional kitchen. Your responsibilities extend far beyond mere cooking; you are the custodian of your specific station, responsible for prepping ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring top-notch food quality. As an independent chef, you are responsible for the preparation and preparation of dishes. You work according to instructions regarding ingredients, working methods and external presentation of the dishes.

Preferably previous (river) cruise experience

You have knowledge of the HACCP guidelines
You are resistant to stress and resilient and have no issues with being away from home for a few months
Excellent English skills (written & verbal), German knowledge is a big advantage
