As a housekeeper manager, you are responsible, along with the housekeeping team, for cleaning the guest cabins, corridors, and public areas in the ships. You must ensure that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, addressing any guest complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and efficiently. Additionally, you are tasked with coordinating work schedules, training new staff, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. You are accountable to the hotel manager, providing regular reports on housekeeping activities and collaborating closely to enhance the overall passenger experience.

You:
Have a strong knowledge of HACCP and HFM
Experience within hospitality in a similar position with outstanding and proven management skills and hands-on experience
Preferably previous (river) cruise experience

You are open minded and flexible and have a hands-on mentality
You are able to train and support crew members in all onboard departments concerning cleanliness

Excellent English skills (written & verbal), German knowledge is a big advantage
